I think that would not fit in with the forum ad-space. They are looking for forum ad-space banners and it has certain restrictions. You should read up here about it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5105042.0 and fix your banner accordingly.

There are lot of things that you should take care if you notice the thread. Since you are trying to figure out the size here is it

I just want to help OP, I do not have any affiliation with Stake nor OP,
Here are some brief guidelines from theymos for designing bitcointalk html5 ads,

Ads are allowed to contain any non-annoying HTML/CSS style. No images, JavaScript, or animation. Ads must appear 3 or fewer lines tall in my browser (Firefox, 900px wide). Ad text may not contain lies, misrepresentation, or inappropriate language.

To prevent matching on CSS classes/styles: Don't use inline CSS. I can give your ad a CSS class that is randomized on each pageload, but you must request this.

To prevent matching against your HTML structure: Use only one <a> and no other tags if possible. If your ads get blocked because of matching done on something inside of your ad, you are responsible for noticing this and giving me new ad HTML.

Make sure that your ads look good when you download and edit this test page:

Images are not allowed no matter how they are created (CSS, SVG, or data URI). Occasionally I will make an exception for small logos and such, but you must get pre-approval from me first.

I dont understand how it says no images and then people are posting images  and also theres an advert above which is a picture.  I guess Im misunderstanding, the image can contain text but must not have an pictorial depiction?   Am I just being thick here lol 

I know a few people who can design something and I'll pass this on going with that basic premise its mostly about text based details advertising but in a really catchy way

There is no deadline. Even after a banner is purchased you can keep sending them and I'll buy anything I decide to use. This isn't a contest in the way some people might be thinking. I'm also not looking for a final draft, I'm looking for someone who can create a high quality banner. Use your own ideas when creating the banner inspired from Stake as a brand. If I decide I want your banner we can add in any small edits later.
