Prices have not moved too much from their lows of two months ago so the jury is still out on the start of new bull run.

Yeah, but bitcoin its cant really break the $4000 resistance. we need to past this resistance first before going to the next level. Need some news to make the market reaction into the resistance.

No, I am sure soon bitcoin will break $4k resistance and still increase to the higher price. We need to wait for the next month, and I hope that it will happen. The news is only making people become panic and worry, and I am afraid that if people spend their time to read about the wrong news, they will make a fast selling bitcoin without thinking that the news is not right. We need more people to believe in bitcoin can increase at the right time.

Etf news is only a news .  it cannot have a major impact on the prices of the coins but as of today i already see that the coins are now performing better compared yesterday  . i hope this can continue until the etf has been approved

meanwhile , the bullish market is slowly vanishing but this doesnt mean that a bull run can turn over .  this is only a sign for now  so better dont expect too much because too much expectation can kill you .

exactly, when the market behaves reverse and we seen big changes from the price, we can say that the bull are starting to be awaken, sadly speaking
we are all speculation and we don't have concrete basis to say that it is starting or it's giving us a good sign, everything can still fall to a big mistake
and being trapped.

it is still very early to say bullish trend has started. volume is very low so market is very open to sharp movements and manipulations but it is very weird that volatility is so low with this low volume.

I think it happens to altcoin because, on some altcoin, the increasing of the price happened although it just a small increasing price and then it's down to a low price. Then in the next days or next week, the price can jump higher than the last high price, but then the price is down again and stay for a while. I think this will happen to bitcoin price too because I see bitcoin price now it seems stable at a price now.

It is true that we can not be sure that the bullish trend begins, but the signals we observe means that market is stabilizing. Maybe this is not the proper start of the bull run, but such signs let us at least believe that it will come soon.

I just visit coinmarketcap now and all the coins are in green.  Since this year I think this is the single pushed we have had.  Investors are reacting to the news of about approve ETF by the sec.  I think now provide us another opportunity to buy bitcoin at cheap price again.

I really don't understand why we need ETF funds. The ETF is a stable fund and if it appears now, the whales do not have the right to manipulate it anymore. Meanwhile, it really can't bring dream revenue to the holders.
My personal thoughts, I think ETF and SEC should not appear in the crypto market. That will make the market more negative changes and it will no longer be active as the past years.

Well lets cross our fingers. A few upward movement isn't exactly an indication of a bull run and for btc, a quick pull back always happen when it starts to go on a positive move. It's february and it's too early to expect any major positive movement, much less a bull run.

Priced have neither fallen as such so this is really a good sign that it has found a resistance which can help to take a lead in coming time. With some more demand coming up on crypto can help in rising of the prices and help all the investors to get good returns on their investment.

I do not see how the cost of mining has any effect on the price of bitcoin, speculators and investors do not care at all about how much it cost to mine a bitcoin, that is the problem of the miners, if the market decides that at the moment bitcoin should be priced at 3600 then that is its price, and the miners will need to figure out how to reduce their costs, there are several ways to do this, they could develop more efficient equipment, mine other coins or some miners could go bankrupt leaving more money for the rest of the miners that still survive.

People still kept selling though, there are no stopping them from selling and it couldn't break the $3700 and before ti could even move up to #6650 people are already selling their coins before it could drop once again. Bulls are not yet around. Its going to be a waste if you are not going to sell too, so do what everyone is still doing because holding ain't going to be a great strategy when bears are around.

The implementation of JP Morgan coin will definitely encourage the adoption of crypto currency but that doesn't mean it will trigger the present of the bullish trend because the level of demand and the status of the mempool also need to me consider before making the decision that the bullish trend is here to stay.
