This is what im thinking too since Negged accounts dont have much use anymore since they cant be trusted at the same time they cant join any signature campaign.The only
thing that would be useful is the smerit of that account to be passed on.If not then these accounts or users would be paid up to shill out some scam coins.

Probably he just wanted free advertisment. He replied me with a '?' over telegram when asked about escrow and upon explaining he stopped replying to me.
I tried getting to know about the websites by agreeing upon his terms but got no responses, probably because he has no plans of paying.
