My advice if you experience such a condition is to immediately move away from the market. If you invest make sure to know the possible consequences of your action, did you choose the coin that is worth to hodl? If not then from the start you made a wrong choice. Well-established coins will recover in time the bull run occur, if we are in bearish trend you need patience but if you cant handle the situation thats your problem.

You dont need to stick in just one coin, diversifying is a good option to prevent losing all your capital in a particular project. Its always wise to not go all in so if something went wrong then you have other investments to count on.
