I see some of the reviews there were negative, some on bitrust and reddit. There's even someone lost 1000$ base on the reddit thread due to a reversed transaction and seems more users had the same struggle on that site. They were operating longer times but I just heard that site just now, so I will be careful and do some research before using that site, you can even use some alternatives like localbitcoins which you can trust them by using their escrow system/method.
