Dear colleagues.
We have launched recently an online wallet with exchange to fiat options. We implemented an AI advisory so the holders can buy/sell BTC based on market sentiment analysis. We do also have several licenses in EU and are registered as money services business in US.
So I would be happy if bitcointalk users can participate in a small online cusdev survey answering several questions below:

1. How often do you trade with crypto?
2. Do you use crypto as a payment instrument?
3. We can offer a very high limits for fiat deposit/withdraw in EUR. Is it important for you?
4. Have you ever needed the any legal documents as a source of income confirmation connected with crypto exchange? How do you think - will the reference from a regulated financial institution solve the problem?
5. Did you ever worked with crypto as a legal entity? Is it a good idea to have compliant with laws account for a legal entity?
6. KYC/onboarding - if you do understand that crypto/fiat is always connected with kyc procedures - what is the biggest problem for you with this process: manual filling of applications, long time to wait to be checked, taking selfies with ID in hands or something else?
7.have you ever dreamed of a single platform which could store your crypto, exchange to fiat and be used as a bank so you can pay to any person with fiat funds?

Appreciate very much! Every user registered on Raison and participated will get 15EUR on his account. You can check what we’ve currently launched at https://raison.ai.

Sorry but with current high cases identity theft where customer details later find their way into the dark web for resale. I don't think it's a good idea.
At least if it's a reputable exchange, people will have some little faith into doing KYC.

Do you ever use bank services?
The difference is that this is the web, Banks are in most cases regulated by Governments. Here on the web you just can't trust anyone. Any how with you details without ascertaining how good they are. You first have to prove yourself that you are a great exchange to work with.

Bank as an any other financial institution is regulated by government. So we are. As we are the financial services provider regulated by Financial Intelligence Unit of Estonian Ministry of Internal Affairs (FIU is a Police Department which regulates virtual currencies and forex exchanges). Our regulation is more strict than banks in several jurisdictions🤷🏻‍♂️ Believe me... for 3 months of operations we were called to their office twice to check our compliance with legislation.
And do not forget about the GDPR with it enormous fines for non compliant attitude to personal data...
The only thing to worry about regulations and identification process is the absence of anonymity. But in EU all crypto exchanges must be compliant with AML directives by 2020, so all will be regulated. And in USA even earlier I think

In theory Your debit card solution can be useful for 'crypto' people.
Question: is it possible to create account + card for a business entity (not a person)?

LOL.   Nice website.  You call yourselves a "financial institution" but all I see are spelling mistakes and no license information.

I did a little digging and they may be wrong on calling their business as a financial institution and also they have no any certification in their website but when I look at their team members one of them, Andrey Berezin, is a real person and has confirmed his identity through a Youtube video under the channel of Raison. So for the OP I think my only recommendation for you is to show your legal information and certifications in your website to make other people believe that you are a legit business, this is also good as more people will trust you and won't have second thoughts on your services.

~snip~
I am with seoincorporation on this one, that is where you need to set your limits in your company, I'll understand a KYC requirement for your business if it is a compliance with the government but for data collecting purposes I don't think it will be necessary for everyone. You must set up this kind of data collection as a voluntary work and not a requirement as it will really make your business unattractive to anyone. Personal data is really something a customer will value and they don't want anyone touching it for the wrong purpose.

do I need to get fully verified (KYCed) to participate in this survey?
I stopped at sign up Tongue because it asks for phone number
but if it just asks for phone number to complete registration, take survey, then get rewarded
and no KYC on withdrawing the reward (convert to BTC first Wink), I might give it a try
