Merits holding you back? Am giving them to most qualitative Newbie / Jr / Member

If you believe your contribution to the forum had been exceptional and above average but since not received any merits for them, I am coming forward to help you after understanding the fact completely why it was introduced. The thread is soulfully made to give newbies and Jr. Members a chance to upgrade and show better efficiency by learning more and contributing in a much better way. Still, Members (the last rank I will entertain) can also send the applications.

Posting the rules below, read them carefully and then participate!
Don't try to post bullshit comments as this is a self-moderated thread.
I will not disclose the number as I don't want to make it look eye-catching here, let's do it under the suspense!  
I'll be taking a few rules ( from Pmalek's thread as a help and modify few of them with my own conditions:

Rules

For your application to be looked into, you should have an activity of:
25 for Newbie
50 for Jr. Member
75 for Member

Share your post links here which you believe that they are above average (extraordinary)
Minimum 5 posts links, maximum 10 posts links per user maximum (however, I'll look into your posts history and check if you have only made the mentioned posts for the sake of merits or all of your posts have had some value before).

I will not consider any posts after 10th February, 2019.
So don't waste your time thinking that this thread will incentivize you for your upcoming work as I will only send merits based on past performances.

No need to beg, request, propose to buy/sell/trade merits by any means (especially telegram). If you do so, I will report you to Mods here and they will take care of the rest.

Only qualitative contributions will be considered, no bullshit spammers who posts mostly in those Twitter/Facebook/Airdrop Bounty threads and have nothing to speak to the community. No plagiarism will be counted and you will be reported by me the next moment I find you guilty. Don't want a permaban? Stay away from me as I am very strict in checking all this stuff.

Newbie, Jr. Member and Member ranks will be entertained only.

Your English should be decent enough and understandable, I can make an exception about grammatical mistakes. But that also will be limited as sentences too jumbled will not be taken into account. Those posts which may look as complete effort had been given to form better sentences and put in it what you actually wanted to say and make us understand will be given preference.

Many users out of you guys need to improve a lot.
You need to understand how it all works, how this merit thing works. For me, it's a bookmark kind of a thing.

I only merit those posts which I believe in, which I think that they will be useful in future whenever I want to gain extra knowledge out of them as sometimes you forget things and need to go back to those pages to understand better. I am also ready to break my own rules here for the best posts I find (though, posts after 10 Feb 2019 will be given highest preference). This is how I evaluate and give merits to the best posts I find useful for both me and all the community users.

Meta is most certainly the wrong place for this , anyhow there has been a "famous" topic which achieves the same purpose , so if you have any Smerit you don't know how to spend, check that topic.

I don't really know where is really the best place to post this kind of topic as there is a random post of it on the forum. Will it really be appropriate on Reputation board just like what LoyceV did or any other opinions?

I had a merit giveaway thread in Beginners and Help before knowing about LoyceV 's topic and it went just fine, i ended it then because i specified x amount of merit, i planned to start a new one but then LoyceV 's was more than enough, I however have one in my local (Arabic) board still running but that's a completely different story.

There was a lot threads with merit giveaways in Beginners&Help few months ago, but most of them are moved to Off-topic board. Still there are several more active ones in that board, which means there are still some criteria based on which moderators move such threads in Off-topic.

When merit system is intruduced most merits giveaways are located in Services, so I guess there is no rule where such threads should be posted. Meta is about forum discussion, therefore it may not be appropriate for giveaways.

I had my own measures set in my mind for newbies which made me think to go for either your way or mine (I already knew that these threads exist). I chose mine because I want to do it freely and make users come directly to me to show what they have got with them.

It's for the better of you guys, and if you think I'm going harsh on you then I will surely consider your request and see what I can do but I want this thread to get the type of exposure to have a better reach to those who need it.

I still don't understand one part of your initiative:
As you said that you are expecting some users to show generosity by reporting other users' merit deserving posts, this is one of the bitter and ugliest parts I think that least would ever do. Most of them won't put efforts to report good posts but rather bad ones (as it creates better opportunities and removes a bit more competition out of their way). Some will report (good people) while others would look for their own good by reporting you their posts.

I find your posts to be TL;DR type.
That's my thinking and I found one more issue here that your posts were in megaspam threads which I don't consider to merit in. Try to be short and summarized as it will definitely get you better words to write a decent, sober and high quality post. I don't say that I didn't like your quality, but improve a bit and come back and you will surely have one from me.
