Hello, I am just surprised about the biggest ICO ever. Have you heard about Dragon? I didn't. Their website looks awful, listed only on some small exchanges, price is 100 times cheaper than ICO price, no progress.
But accourding these sites: https://www.icodata.io/ICO/ended and https://icobench.com/ico/dragon
They raised $300 millions so their ICO was the biggest one in the history, that collected so much money.

Do you know something about this coin? Or it is fake?

How can be $300 million biggest ICO if EOS gathered over $4 billions USD?

There have been coins of this nature in the crypto space. They had successful ICO, yet they failed after listing. Many may not agree, but it can be seen as a typical example of scam. I see no reason why a project would raise so much fund, yet not make meaningful impact and cannot do a buy back to avoid token dump.
Sometimes, it is not just about the tech of a project, but also the team is an important factor.

Never heard about dragon. Just as you have said, the website is awful but they've managed to collect fund and that is kinda suspicious. Let us not rely and be smitten with the numbers. The important thing is the legitimacy of it.
I have not heard of Dragon too, and to name it as Biggest ICO is far way aspiring. There are a lot of big icos out there but may be this Dragon ico will be replaced. I have heard that they have raised around $ 320 million from a private pre-sale.

I also heard that the token holders will be able to use the tokens to watch movies and sports. It will target the junkets sector and will provide a platform that with committed users and daily transactional cross-platforms.

Its flagship project is the construction of floating casino in Macau. The company also eyes in negotiating joint ventures in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong and South Korea.

Difficult to judge. I am grateful you shared, though thanks a lot. As for me it looks like something I would try had I some spare money and time,  I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on that one.

It does not look like an ICO can raise a fund as huge as that. Although, nothing is impossible, but it is hard to find.
Considering the fact that the market has not yet recovered and  investors are not really buying much of ICOs. Most of them go for the projects they trust, which is why we see so many of them fail.
