The only people on the rich list are the parvenus like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos. The really rich seem to hide their money in various trusts, and avoid paying taxes on their wealth. I read a report by an ex-banker who estimated that almost half of the total wealth of the world is controlled by the City of London. Of course this is done through a variety of trusts in tax havens such as Jersey, The Cayman Islands and others. Property is hidden by using a hierarchy of holding companies and trusts ( a British invention ). There is even a name for it, it is called "The veil of Tiers".

The richest people in the world simply honestly earned their money and are not afraid to show them, as they all earned their personal mind and work. The rest of the richest people in the world just do not want to show their real money hiding them in offshore accounts, because basically it is stolen money and it is 100%. I'm sure many people's fortunes are greater than Warren Buffett's, but official sources can't confirm these finances because they're hidden and we have what we have.

This is why I say hating on "rich people" or billionaires is stupid. These people are peasants compared to the real owners of this world.

thats because the west fools its own population with their central banks, and only works by fooling the population, the average citizens are supposed to live in a dream world, where they feel big and strong, but they are in the end just those low net worth individuals. that are supposed to sell their time, while the capitalists print money and buy their time and live in wealth and security. the proletarians live in unsecurity.

Some interesting example about black money:
Africa is expected to get yearly donations amounting to 130-140$ billion, but around 200$ billion are leaving the continent yearly via tax fraud, corruption etc.
Someone is definitely gettint rich.

The richest people are the real Christians. Why? Even though they might live in poverty in this life, when they die, they are locked into eternal joys in Heaven forevermore. Nothing can be better than that.

Asserting this on a Bitcoin Forum is talking to an audience that's totally familiar with central banks and the problems of fiat.

The rich list is only a list of people who have a good part of their assets easily auditable. Generally, this assets is in the form of public companies and other public investments. It is difficult to calculate the wealth of people who do not have a direct stake in listed companies.
How will you calculate the heritage of people who practically own a Country? Or people who are the owners of historical assets of almost incalculable value? Drug traffickers, people who own jewelry and objects of gear acquired after theft, etc. You can not figure it out. And a journalist has a duty to just pass on information that he can prove by facts.

Hey the answer is quiet simple you do not become rich by paying taxes, you become rich by not paying your taxes and reinvesting that money in some other business. There’s possibly no way to know who these rich people are as they have routed their money via shell companies, in tax haven countries, and other instruments.

I think, they hide their wealth for safety purposes. Since money can attract robbers.

The 100 richest by Forbes is based on what these people are declaring. If you own a company that is worth XXX dollars it's going to be included in your wealth, but if you bought, say a collection of watches worth 10 million USD and are keeping it safe in your personal vault, nobody is going to know.
There are expensive things that tend to change hands without anybody knowing anything. The former president of Ukraine had a number of mansions, gold plated bathrooms, even his own sailing ship and nobody knew until they broke in and photographed everything. Saddam had a lot of money, gold, cars... All these things somehow disappeared and are now owned by some people we don't hear about.
