For last few months icon market is not so good. Cause we saw many scam and failed project. The developer was holding the key of the succeed of ico and we can't argue about that. Ico can decide the future of its platform. Team has all of control over all of things in the ICOs and the funds. The dev the only party can decide when to release the token and listed it on exchange site

It's because investors attitude are still affected by the current bear market, but there are a lot of projects hitting there soft or hard cap so I guess investors are willing as long as the project looks promising.

Maybe the opportunity is still there, but it's no where close in a bull market in 2017. Money can be made but not the same, you could hit a jackpot if the ICO become successful, but you have to take that risk as well.

how can you say ico in 2019 can be safer than 2017? the safer one is ico when in 2017, for 2018 until 2019 there are a lot of ICOs that are scam and if not scam the price when registered on the exchange becomes very cheap so that it will make many investors lose. in this year very different with condition on 2017,nowday much scamm project occur in market.and most them didnt build their projects well.just listing on shit exchanges and left it.many ways for them to exit scam.
