[WTB] Virtual credit card for verification

As entropay stoped accepting new clients i need a vcc for verification purposes. The best would be a virtual credit card that works with any name and address and has about 3€/ 3$/ 3£ credit. online access to the cards transaction history directly or over the seller is required, so i can get the verification code.
Can someone help with that?

You can use Netller or skrill for that as well..

I remember some sites that provided such services but unfortunately, many of them stopped this year.

There are still some vendors at Bitify.com's site who offer such services "You can find them by searching through the site". In addition to the escrow provided by the site and the new update of the rules of selling cards, I think you will be safe.
"You can’t access the transaction history but the seller can provide you the verification code."
