masternode collateral increase from 6000 UPC to 12000 UPC
the 1st one will double the price? the 2nd one too? so probably the price will grow up x4? maybe, don't know but we will wait and see...
The block no. 40000 will come about 12.03.2019 afternoon UTC time. So the price pumping up will start probably 12.03 morning
