The other day Coinbase sent this promo email for me to watch videos about BAT. So I did watch them and earned $3USD worth of the BAT coin.
 It seems like a nice project?  Anybody not like it?  Anybody love it?

Unfortunately my iPhone is too old to support the browser for BRAVE, which seems cool. I'd like to have it, and keep earning more BAT freebies.

Yeah I liked it a lot, but then again my knowledge is just the 3 one minute videos I watched. It is like a user friendly version of the Tor browser that blocks unwanted ads. It seems like a great safe and easy to use browser with new bells and whistles.

I've heard about Brave browser for many times. The only thing I don't like about it is that with the second layer solutions like lightning network it will become real to make microtransactions directly in BTC and avoid BAT. So why should we use BAT?

Correct me if I am wrong. I was using the Brave browser. But I think we can't withdraw this BAT token to our wallet. It can only use when you want to send a tip.

I wish we could use that BAT tokens. But I think it is not possible yet.

I have been a fan of basic attention token from the crowdsale time and i like both their team and browser the only thing is that the value of the coin is very undervalued such real project with all the pisitives should be expensive but unfortunately investors need to wait more i guess before the value sky rockets.

I was also looking into my Brave browser wallet on how to withdraw them and unfortunately we can't for now. You are correct the token reward that was given to us is only to send tip for the content creators. I do hope the next update we will be able to withdraw the tokens. However, I'm not using the browser and still prefer using Chrome and unless they implement the ads to ear some bat tokens.

The whole fad about BAT has been going on for a while. The concept is unique and yes it has potential. But so did Litecoin and a bunch of other altcoins that are almost dying out. Take ETC for example, amidst hostile takeovers, betrayals etc everything is a mess. Potential went down the toilet a while ago.

BAT is definitely one of the few projects in the space that have real use and working platform with a credible team, but so far they are still struggling on the way to incorporate their tokens with their platform, the team has played with several model but still do not think those model is right for the platform, having said all these the future is bright for the project

No,  it is not limited only in concept anymore, the concept is now live. People can earn BAT tokens by using the brave browser, not only by watching ads. It seems a great idea to make crypto reach to everyone. Though only a few people know about it, so, BAT team and we should spread this offer widely to make crypto popular to everyone. I know about a project, which is giving token if users search in google through their website. So, we really needed this type of service to catch people's eye on crypto!

BAT is a very potential project and BAT's browser is more and more used widely. I am also useing this and feel very satisfied

That's true, although if you can't withdraw your tokens to your wallet, as some people are telling here, this will be useless. No one will be interested if they only can use their tokens to send tips. I would not make any promotion until the withdrawal function is activated.

That seems like a wired limitations. People never go for reading FAQ and other stuff but want to try freebies at first introduction itself. But, OP got a good initiative to start this topic so that now he could learn more needed information on brave browser before changing his iphone .

I have just started to use its browser few months ago and i see it very successful. What i do not like is the payment of the BAT tokens. If i m not wrong, it is a must to use uphold account to get BAT rewards from browser. I get my last rewards a few week ago and I try to withdraw them from Uphold to my main ETH wallet Uphold asks me fixed  3.99$ withdrawal fee plus gas fee! Hey its useless for mass adoption. I like BAT project and  the idea behind it but for mass adoption it needs to find a way to get rid of these crazy fees.

Note: Please advise me if there is another cheapest  way to do it.

I have tried brave browser before I'm not a fan of it chrome still the best for me even though it eats a lot of ram. however it  is a great a promotion to partner with a cryptocurrency I'm going to try this out later. I heard about it too, though i have not made enough study on how it fully works but I think it's about making micro transactions which enables people to make purchase of even the lowest priced item without having to pay high fees. I personally do not see the reason this coin is created since we already have this feature included in bitcoin already, but since it's a free market, anyone has the right to do what they like and create what project they want too.

The application might still be on development mode because any good browser should be able to work on any iPhone irrespective of the model or year except it’s not developed for IPhone; maybe it’s an android application.

Coinbase earn is definetely a good platform for both sides. Cryptocurrencies are giving people free coin and they are happy, while cryptocurrencies getting more attention and more possible users  .

We can’t completely conclude that the browser is a bad one yet, every application goes to a development and testing phase, so many bugs will be found and fixed as it’s being use and the only way to perfect it is to release a version of it first, then get people’s opinion on the usage.

It is through this that the get better. The only thing is that since it’s a new browser yet to be widely recognized and coming up with a coin too at the same time, this coin might be for a very long term investors.

Brave is very handy and secure browser, try to install on desktop and maybe it will become a default browser.
