This has nothing to do with BTC actually since it do only accepts PLAY(Herocoin). You should add up BTC.

they do have an option to purchase their tokens PLAY(herocoin) with bitcoin if I'm not mistaken

I don't understand the free 10$ by-in  though , do I have to deposit 10$ to get a free game
