If you have purchased DragonMint products via Myrig, we can assist you with the warranty process directly via Myrig.  If you have purchased DragonMint via Halong website, after Halong's provide you the approval, we might be able to provide you the warranty support.

We will post a quick guide here in the next few days to help you expedite the process, less painful as possible, if you were unfortunate customers who needs warranty service.

support@myrig.com is the official way to get warranty or repair completed.  Forum be just another avenue for communication channels.

DragonMint

If you are experiencing the lower hash rate out of the box, please run Calibration and select Balanced Mode. (most recommended for electrical efficiency and stable hash rate)

PSU Options:
Any PSU can be used as long as it supports 1600W or more however, APW3 family of PSU will not be strong enough to handle Performance mode that Yield higher hash rate per T1 unit.  If local electrical cost is lower and prefer to use Performance Mode for max hash power from each T1, please use Myrig PSU or other PSU that is rated for 1800W psu to be comfortable.

If choose to use 100-125V, 2 units of APW3 family of PSU from Bitmain can be used, however, please make sure you purchase 110v operational version from Bitmain.

How to read system log.

If your miner's ip is 192.168.0.99, please go to http://192.168.0.99/logs

LOW HASH RATE

Some example be 5TH or 10TH/s.  (missing a hash pcb or two)

Code:
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: T1: checking T1 chain
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: chain0: spi speed set to 390K
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: 0: detected 63 chips
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: collect core success
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: chain1: spi speed set to 390K
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: ERROR - failed to recv spi data
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: failed to reset chain 1!
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: chain2: spi speed set to 390K
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: ERROR - failed to recv spi data
Jun 18 15:45:22 dragonMint cgminer[1339]: failed to reset chain 2!

This indicate hash pcb is not being detected.  First, please check the data cable between the hash pcb and control module.  Please try to swap cables from different hash pcb to the problematic one to rule out a faulty data cable.

If the faulty data cable is not the cause, please power it off and let it cool off for 20-30 minutes, then try again.

It could be electrical related problems locally.  Please try to test this miner away from current setup environment and take it to another room or office and see if it solves the problem.

You can try upgrading the firmware to the newest May 15, 2018 version and see if it resolves the problem.

if none solves the problem, it may be a time to request the hash pcb to be replaced under the warranty or under go paid repair request.
