Placing retirement funds in crypto is a bold decision, but if you put everything in crypto it is too risky because market movements are difficult to predict.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

It's great news for bitcoin, and the impact of this adoption over bitcoin price will depend on the pension funds influence and reputation in the economics field. I suspect this is the kind of event which triggered btc pump, and lead to all the speculation that happened right after.
Hopefully more pension funds will adopt bitcoin soon, taking the example of other pension funds which are starting to do this now. Private pension funds are a fertile soil for bitcoin to get more recognition and adopters.

I know some pension funds that do nothing with the contributors money, and that is shocking as the money is just being eaten by inflation! They should put at least a few percentage of the money in btc and other crypto currencies.

I think Crypto is the Best Asset / Cryptocurrency you can hold. I do not care about the price a lot but it has a lot of potentials that I simply can not ignore it at all. even if the market decided to make bitcoin price lower they simply can not. the future of bitcoin is extremely useful for our future generation. Pension Funds can be a risk though as the pension is like a 100% risk-free and guarantied payment every month. which bitcoin simply can not provide.

We can be certain it’s a huge step forward. Why not, after all. I would be really pleased. We just have to hope that nothing will happen to crypto, like really serious stuff – turning into scam or something.
I do not agree if pension funds are invested in bitcoin, because it is very risky. If the price of bitcoin continues to rise it may not be a problem, but if the price drops rapidly no one can save the pension funds.
So it's better to invest in safer products such as property, bonds or stocks for established companies. Because pensions are money for old days where you can enjoy the results of your struggle while you were working.

No one knows what bitcoin will be like in the future, it is still a very risky investment.  Older people don't have the time to absorb big losses as well so they are better served investing in bonds, gold, and real estate.  Younger people should be investing more in crypto because they can afford to take such risks.
