Is it a good idea to sell airdropped BitTorrent tokens and buy more Tron? Each month on 11th there will be airdrop providing holder with more BTT, thanks to this after several months portfolio would grow. Two things to consider:
- is BTT growth rate surpassing TRX? Depends on other apps in Tron ecosystem?
- Does it make sense to do this operation, when airdrop would last only 5 years?

Tron price movement is more predictable than the BTT at this point, because still nobody know what will be the real adoption of BTT.
I still can't decide is it a good idea, but at least it's interesting idea and I could try it with 1/2 of my TRX/BTT.

I think what we will likely see about the Airdrop is that people now know the date and will start pricing in the Airdrops into the price before the airdrops, I have seen many of such Airdrops like this which result into price dumping later. Just don't put all your eggs in one basket

1. It's not yet surpassed TRX if you wanna try to create a comparison between it and TRX will be a winner. It makes sense consider about yearly airdrop for all of token holders.
It's not so good as people said to hold BTT consider a lot of amounts still hold by the team

It's hard to decide because BTT is new in the cryptocurrency. Besides that, we don't know what will happen with BTT. But if you want to buy TRX only, then you can directly buy TRX, and if you think that by selling BTT, you can buy more TRX, then it will help you to get more TRX. But I don't know if, in monthly, the holder TRX can get a return of BTT. And for the BTT price, no one will know right now as I said before, BTT is still a new coin/airdrop, but the price now is very low than TRX.

I'm not a fan of TRX but if they are giving decent dividends why not?
You can buy BTT later if you want to after selling it at high price.

It could work out fine. Furthermore, BTT may be overvalued as compared to TRX since it is still trading at many times ICO price.

So, it seems it is all about predicting roughly whether Tron or BTT will do better It isn't so clear, as BitTorrent is a kind of feedback loop on the Tron, while being itself promising project.

Even when the market showed signs of growth forward tron didn't reacted big. It was declining in value, on the other side bittorrent is completely fluctuating in lager margin. Right now it is good to sell bittorrent and buy back tron, but this isn't gonna profit in short time period. It requires long time period while with BTT one can get good earning on trading in short term. This is my personal opinion and needs to be decided one's own.

I do not really know a lot about BTT but I have been watching TRX for some time and it seems to me the bubble is bursting, so right now it does not seem like the best idea to buy it if you have high hopes for your airdropped BTT coins, the moment to buy TRX was months or even weeks ago so you are very late especially if we consider that TRX has been giving losses all week.

Yes, Tron lost about -8% in a week, making whole operation with BTT kind of a dividend, which has been cut from the stock price. Nevertheless, Tron price is going to be influenced each beginning of the month, when accumulating before 11th is happening.

I think holding TRX is a better decision than holding BTT coins for airdrop! Even I have confusion about the over-hyped BTT coins! Only 700 people bought billions of BTT coin from the sale, and after the sale, coin started trading immediately. I think big buyers will manipulate the BTT coin's real price.

It's possible. This coin is overly hyped mainly because bittorrent is not something new to people's ears. Most of us have used torrent in the past one way or another before it became easier to download and stream stuff online. Personally i like the chances of both btt and trx for a long hold.

How many BTT airdrop they giving? As far as I know this is a very little amount, and price of BTT is very overvalued. Just 6% of all tokens they sold pn ICO. So all this 94% tokens they will distribute via airdrop? For how many years this airdrop planned?
I think price may falling with every next airdrop...

I think it's a good idea as btt token is not yet implemented in bittorrent platform. And i don't know why tron decided to create a separate token for bittorrent as they can use trx in bittorrent ecosystem. The more use case of trx will surely drive the price up. Although i don't own any trx or btt, I'm starting to get some trx to be eligible in btt airdrop and then sell btt to accumulate more trx.

Honestly, Tron is so overpriced right now, I'm not sure it has a lot of room to grow further up. Whereas ICOs still have x10 potential.

It is relative, because we don't know the price of Bittorent's token in the future.
even though Bittorent itself when it sold out their tokens was sold out and has been acquired by Tron himself.
but I don't think it is profitable to have to wait long.

I already sold mine to try this strategy until Bittorrent still have some value. I think the whole thing is too much hyper and people are buying from FOMO. But I don't refuse free money, specially when they are easily converted to something more meaningful.
