You can use CoinWink, you have the ability to set the alerts using email or SMS based on either a specific price or percentage.

CoinWink are good, but it takes time to get and read the sms/email.

I prefer desktop notifications from a custom made NodeJs script, following in real time Binance + Bitmex. Every freelancer could write you one for $100-$200 for your specific needs and money are paying back very soon if you are a daily trader. For example, I'm getting alerts on sudden price movements, sudden higher volume, etc.

In addition to what friends say, you can set alarm in phone, and it will be easier and more convenient. The phone is always on your side and it is not necessary to plug in like PC to receive notification. So, I can recommend "Blockfolio".

Blockfolio app has a price alert option. You select the exchange you want to monitor and the price. You can as well modify it to one time or a persistent reminder.
Blockfolio is a very good app with which to monitor your portfolio, signals and market changes

I think IFTTT's[1] site offers this feature plus a lot of options. You can get alerts using Twitter, Facebook, email or even phone alerts.

It’s simple IF this THEN this. IF Bitcoin price (something), then (everything).
I do not know about the delay but this service is easier and saves a lot of time.

Coinmarketcap,Blockfolio,Coinlib andorid applications have such feature and you can adjust price levels with timing as you wish. Also there are online paid services that offers  specific time or price based alerts with atomic clock and imo they use deep liquidity providers for this purpose.

Besides this, there is coinmarketalert.com. It offers many variants of alerts (price, coinmarketcap, arbitrage opportunities and so one). You can be notified via Email, browser alert, telegram or discord channel alert. I use it for a while and it works good.

I use coinmarketapp on my smartphone and tablet. There is information on many exchanges and many other useful features. Naturally, you can choose the coins you want and add to your favorites. You can set the "alarm" to lower or higher rates.

At home on my PCs I use Bitcoinwisdom (for Bitfinex and Bitstamp alarms) and Tradingview for everything else. Tradingview has Binance charts, so that covers most altcoins I'm interested in too.

The best phone app I can recommend is Delta. It's much more reliable than Blockfolio and has better privacy policies. I use it when away from home and for the occasional times when I'm watching a coin not listed on Tradingview.

I find it more convenient if you set a Bitcoin price alarm through your phone using blockfolio. Since you can carry your phone anywhere you go, It will take away your worriness if you walkaway from your home thinking it will your hit target by the time. I have been using it since I got into cryptospace.

The suggested software CoinWink is okay, I don't know about anyone but for someone like me,  I will always have the urge to check on the latest Bitcoin price every now and then, if I have this on my phone.  Lol.
I struggled with this in the past but now all over it. You should have it on your PC instead of the mobile app. Just suggesting though.

If you have an Android smartphone I have some list of apps that you can use to monitor the price with useful tools like notification or alert/alarm.

Check this list below.

- CryptoMarketApp
- Blockfolio
- Crypto App
- CoinMarketApp

This is my personal list of apps that I almost used. And the best app is the "Crypto App" that includes news all are free.
