There's is always a future for bitcoin mate must have patience! 'cause it's not easy to recover especially on this kind of situation which is there's always a fluctuation time on time due to some causes that really affect on the growth rate of BTC. reason why the value of bitcoin nowadays can't exceed. But no need to worry 'cause for sure soon when it gain enough strength it will not hesitate to surge constantly like what happened before. Just be patient!

At the back end governments are studying bitcoin and how to used blockchain technology in the economic. I think bitcoin is the future and if you want to buy into the future you have to invest now. Cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is too good to stop along the way. |

I would have made some changes in the subject line and would have said that btc and crypto currency is the only future which will bring a huge changes in many things that is happening currently and taking lot of time and money. This technology has c=started changing and will make many more changes in the country's system. |

In my personal opinion, Bitcoin has still a bright future. Bitcoin has much potential and it is world famous crypto currency. A lot of popularity Bitcoin has. So we should not worry about the price. As a king of crypto currency, a good future is waiting for Bitcoin.

The price is around $3500 now. Price has only went down. If it does go up, it goes back down later on. Does anyone here think there is no future for btc anymore? When the price went to 5k then 10k then 15k and then close to 20k, i thought... wow i think by end of 2018 it would be 50k at least. And then it dropped all the way down and now its even worst. I had thought mcafee prediction of 1 million in few year was foolish. But i thought by then, 100k would seem very reasonable. Now... it doesn't even look like it will hit 10k even for a very long time.Does anyone here there is no future for btc anymore? Anyone that has bought btc and held it for the last 1.5 year already is down a lot of money unless you are trading and even then most traders are losing.
I had thought wow if btc would go up to 50k, that would be a decent size of money. And if it go to 100k, i would be happy. And if it ever goes to 300k, wow that would be more than good enough. I did thought about hey imagine btc goes up to 1 million, then well most people would be millionaires if they had at least 2 btc etc. So someone with 5 btc would feel very good. But now... it doesn't seem like any of this would happen anytime soon? There is basically no progress at all for btc.. it keeps going down.
I thought to myself... wow if btc goes to a high enough price, i might not have to worry about money anymore. Thus anyone here with a job or no job or low paying job or whatnot, btc might be enough to not worry about money anymore. I mean i'm sure tons of people thought about this right?
Bitcoin have experience some problem before and it still stands now and it means that bitcoin can surpass challenges regarding its price. As you can see many people are still interested about bitcoin even if the price doesn't seem good and its a sign that it can't stop bitcoin to recovered and to have a future. |

I think that the main thing you're completely wrong about here is how price correlates to long term success. Prices are subject to fluctuations because bitcoin is traded on the free market, and prices are bound to be affected by factors such as natural market cycles as well as things like market sentiment. They are in no way shape or form representative of the long term potential or fundamentals of bitcoin. You in saying bitcoin doesn't have a future simply because prices are no longer going up by hundreds every day and markets aren't overheated is completely absurd. What bitcoin's future success should be measured by is adoption, acceptance, and the network underlying the coin. Not price. Besides, we are in a bear market right now so I don't understand what is there to worry about. |

All that may be in the distant future though. We haven't been having significant growth if you base it from the current value. When it comes to adoption, i don't see it coming in the next two years. Btc still needs to overcome a lot of issues to get confidence up for investors. |

Definitely as long there still more holders and investors bitcoin will continue to make a good run in the future . Wherein this situation is just a test for all true believer. just imagine how many companies still supporting on it even though the price is very low nowadays.so how much more in the future when bitcoin gradually getting value again?

We all know that Bitcoin is revolutionary and this will last and even increase in the future.
If that was the case, the price would reflect that by now. I do however like how people ignore and even see Bitcoin fail, because that's the reason we can still buy at current levels. When people finally appreciate Bitcoin for what it is (store of value, currency, safe haven), we won't be able to pump anymore like we used to pump. The market will be too large to move up or down significantly. Gold is the perfect example of that. People here consider gold to not be an interesting investment due to how 'boring' its market is compared to Bitcoin's market. Bitcoin will become 'boring' as well. |

Come to think of it. It also happen in the past and obviously when bitcoin is just starting but as what you saw, it always increases multiple times but only a matter of time interval. We shouldnt be bothered about the value even its so stressful. We should put in mind that this is just normal and the value will become normal again soon. |

you're right, in a nutshell, I also think like that. the development of bitcoin will definitely be needed in the future. the large number of ICOs is evidence of this technological development. well, besides that blockchain technology is still being developed. it will definitely be a bright and needed future. There iis still enough space for Bitcoin to develope and that is needed for further progress. But I'm not afraid for the future of Bitcoin because the use and adoption can't be szopped anymore. Also, Bitcoin is not only about the price and this period of relatively low price that we are having now is not endangering the future of Bitcoin. I think that Bitcoin will always have enough supportes to survive. |

No doubt that bitcoin has already faced so many challenges, but for every time it succeed and faced the challenges in a good way. No doubt that bitcoin is currently passing from a difficult situation but just like previous time it will again face all the challenges and will again emerge as the most powerful and trusted crypto currency of the world. I do not think that there is still any other crypto currency which can compete and can surpass bitcoin so easily. |

Bitcoin prices will continue to grow because of the influence of the total supply, which every year has experienced a reduction in supply or what is often called halving so when bitcoin becomes difficult to obtain, the price can be very expensive and that will happen in the future. |

Just look at the current price, we did touch $4K on some exchanges, and even though that we are still a far cry from the last all-time-high, it looks like we're starting a bullish trend now so let's see how it goes.
I really don't understand why people are losing hope, the future looks bright. There's a lot of positive news in the coming months and years, so don't be disappointed and lose your faith in this market. Make the best out of every situation and I'm sure you're going to appreciate and not complain about it.

Imagine we were on the year that Bitcoin has been created and for that year bitcoin is almost priceless that time. In fact, you can only buy pizza for 10k BTC if I remember. Anyway, we didn't think that it'll pump into its current price. Now, apply this scenario to what we have now, we may not know when it will pump but I am pretty sure that it has a bright future waiting ahead of us.
