How it works for the seller
1. Seller uploads his digital product, download, or content to MinerLock and selects the price and cryptocurrency payment options.
2. Seller promotes/shares his protected link to potential buyers, clients, and downloaders.
3. Buyer sends cryptocurrency to unique specified wallet address and gets access to the seller's download once payment confirmed by blockchain.
4. Seller gets credited automatically for all cryptocurrency payments. Seller can then withdraw cryptocurrency amounts directly to their own wallet(s) or exchange all amounts and get paid in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Dash, and DodgeCoin. You also have the option of converting all currencies to get paid in bitcoin.

You must be at least 18 years old. Illegal content is not allowed. We are not responsible for any harm caused to you by using MinerLock, its service, or users. We have the right to delete your files and links without warning or compensenation anytime. We release payments within 48 hours so we do not have control of the funds for a long period of time nor we can manage any issues with support/refunds due to privacy related to the users files. 12 hours is the limit for file downloads since the member may not want the file downloaded several times over a long time period of time. We are working on upgrading the system to allow more options regarding this.

Some suggestions I have:

- You're not asking for the user's email confirmation. Why is that? This could be very problematic, especially if you're going to send a confirmation email for withdrawal requests afterward (which I hope you're doing otherwise you'll have a lot of people losing their funds).
- I find the payment page to be extremly slow. It takes a lot of time to get to the address/invoice. If improving its speed is not possible for some reason, try to implement loading animations, so the user knows something is happening.
- Don't show round prices. Show their real value in real-time (without the need of switching currency back and fourth).
- May not be that important, but red (If interested in improving UX) should only be used for error messages/dangerous actions.
- Consider implementing the Lightning network. That will save you fees and allow your users to withdraw smaller amounts.

Also, I noticed that you have 22K users. I find that a bit hard to believe. Do you mind telling us when did you first launch the project and where did you start advertising it?

12 hours is the limit for file downloads since the member may not want the file downloaded several times over a long time period of time. We are working on upgrading the system to allow more options regarding this.

If I was a buyer with a slow internet connection and I want to download a big file, that might cause some problem. A day or a week is probably better for the minimum limit.

Still, I don't understand why a member might not want his file to be downloaded several times (assuming IP & cookie is logged for downloading)? Is it for piracy protection or something like that? Do they request this or you set it on your own?

A simple workaround (for the seller) would be to upload the files to Google drive or Dropbox for instance, and then lock that download link.
@OP more suggestions:

- I tried to upload a large file and the page (the browser) kept loading with no messages being displayed. You should add some loading animation to show the progress. Also, you should mention the maximum size of the upload, I'm sure you have one.

- I went to the "account" page to update my email alerts (uncheck them) and whenever I try to do that, I get an error "empty new password". You should not assume that the user is trying to change his password just because he's on the settings page.

I'm no stranger when it comes to incentivized content locking, which was a common method by CPA (cost-per-action) marketers. You give me a bit of a CPA marketing nostalgia.

However, your platform requires visitors to pay certain amount of crypto to access a "premium item or content" instead of a pop-up window answering surveys, quizzes, etc. And most of the related content locking platforms are paying on a Net15, Net30 or Net60 basis.

I'm kinda impressed that your payout duration is much quicker. Of course, it's crypto!
