He just need to deal with trusted forum users and there will be no problem at all paying first. Most newbies nowadays won't get trust from any users here in the forum so newbies will need make some adjustments if they are legit

I guess, it is tough call to give review to the services like that. Interface look good and may be my $10 ( for review) will get exchanged smoothly but what will happen if somebody sends thousands of dollars?

I didn't exchanged anything yet but exchange looks smooth, and haven't encountered any red flags by looking around, and feels like devs has indeed put the effort.
