Bitcoin has a four year cycle where 75% of the time it is dumping and 25% of the time it is pumping. We had the bull in 2017 so if we go by the cycle, we might witness another one on late 2020 to early 2021.

and  we will be the witness of bitcoin price movement after halving on 2020.much people predicted it will go back to all time high and on 2021 bitcoin price will hit new high.no matter at this moment price still dumped.

We never know until that time comes and we completely see the actual pumped, there's still no big run just small rise and now quite
stable with its ground, we are all speculating and waiting for things to happen around the market that will reverse this bear to bull
again.

Nobody can identify which coin and when it can be able to rise,so no need to worry too much about the bull run it may happen in 2019 or layer but cryptocurrencies will not going to end soon.

I can't say when they will rise and up to what extent they will rise but they will rise for sure, all you need is patience. Seeing the decade long history of Cryptocurrency, it's clear that there is always a bull run after a bearish trend.

The bull run will happen, but we should just have enough patience for us to able to wait that moment. There are now pumps that happening in the cryptocurrency market so I am really sure that there is high possibility that the market will turn to bull in this year.

The price will rise only when bitcoin change bearish trend to bullish. My opinion is that the market will grow but not quickly and smoothly. If you look at the price chart, we saw that the market collapsed, but you can see where it started and what was achieved. Look closely and you will understand that bitcoin is growing.
