In 2017, ICO was popular and many peoples bought coins for investing in ICO, that's why the price was skyrocketing.
Then the dump price of altcoins was because the ICO project sold their raised coins in their main sale.

It is not true to say that because of the ICO boom that the price of bitcoin rallied, there were several factors for that rally and there were huge investments coming in from institution and so is the reason we saw one of the biggest rallies in this market and bitcoin leading the way, with every big rally we expect a correction and thats what happened and we will see the market recover eventually and we will see yet another bull run in the next couple of years.

if your prediction is wrong then what do you do? You may predict but you should use a strong analysis because if you only guess without analysis then you can be disappointed as in the past year where many people predict the market will recover at the end of the year but the reality is different.

Personally, I think the bull run will probably start in the last quarter of this year.

Yeah, nobody knows when will the bullish market return. we can only predict it and continue to wait. Looks loike we're seeing a bit of an alt run right now. BTC pushing on the 4K ceiling. I had not accumulated anywhere near enough, I'm scared tbh.The technicals are saying that there will be a mini-bull at least.
