No, not yet. There's no bull run that started, you basically saw a price pump but not a bull run with those coins.

Hopefully the price will do more speculative increase, as we move forward with development which will do more progressive approach. Let's keep it that way being emotionally controlled behind grudges of bearish market, and once bull run will initiate a better steps initial step will do the rest of price increase.

Yes I also expected huge bull run in the starting period of 2019 but it will not been happening till now so I think this year will not be the right here that how we expected but definitely there will be a changes needed to happen in this year for giving the hope to all the investors

It is very hard to expect when is the bullrun will happen,even many positive news about bitcoin this year but we cannot assure that there is a bullrun to happen and also we can see that there is a slightly increasing of every token prices but we cannot tell that this is the start of the bullrun.

i agree with you. there will no bull run as 2017 in 2019. conditions were so different with 2017 and 2019. there must be really huge new investor for the big pump in this year. but currently everyone afraids from this cryptomarket.

ok., so what is a definition of a bull?, that it makes new high higher then 2017?, that it broke the upper trendline in USD? or in BTC?, is it 24.5% fibo retracement on weekly chart, or is it 38.6%, or is it 50%, i dont think its 61.8% fibo retracement on weekly start the definition of a bull start,...to me, the bull started after it bottomed, do we know if bottomed, no we dont, can we say that some did bottom. sure we can. we can say the alts bottom, i dont think LTC or EOS or ETH will go below their all time lows recently, so if they dont go down, they go either sideway or up, if they go either sideway or up, with little chance of going down, the bull has started for them. even if they drop for 20 or 30%, it still means bull started.

They don't want the bear market to end. Because more trade means more money.

There was a lot of people are shorting coins and that gives more opportunity for them to create more money from the market. But that will be hurting the market, most traders only care about how much they can a profit in a day and that's the only point.

I would be very cautious with all these predictions. No one of them works. Although we do not see any signs of the coming bull run, it does not mean that the market will not go up soon.

This you correctly noted, but it seems to me that the most important thing here is the possibility of paying as little attention as possible to all sorts of forecasts. If you remember the year 2018, then we predicted a green color in September and in October, and in December, too. We already see the results today.
