Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht is serving a double life sentence + 40 years without parole for all non-violent charges associated with creating the Silk Road website.
El Chapo has an impressive record, has escaped twice from prison and he risks being locked up for life.
          What do you think?

I don't know if there's a connection between El Chapo or if he really used crypto to hide his assets and stay away from the radar. But what we do know is that empire can crumble anytime. He may have enjoyed the best things in life, but now he is nothing.

This is a nice point of view  Shocked I missed this detail. In other ways, however, it was not a crime committed through violence. I read that is a whole campaign pro Ross Ulbricht with a lot organizations.

Guess what, El Chapo is down, now Sinaloa Cartel have another leader
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ismael_%22El_Mayo%22_Zambada )
Nothing changed really. My question is, what happens with El Chapo's $15 billion estimated
net worth?

From what I'm seeing, they are trying to find these $15 billion (source: https://www.foxnews.com/us/make-el-chapo-pay-for-a-border-wall-dont-count-on-it )
and I'm sure his wife will be kept under vision of the authorities.
Oh and by the way, Donald Trump's estimated price for the wall is $14 billion

Yes, they have a new leader. It is an economic rule that tells us that as long as there is demand there will be an offer. It is very possible not to recover the fortune. Anyway, it is funny the hypothesis by which El Chapo's money would pay the wall. I do not think his money will be recovered, especially as we are talking about net worth. Most likely they will remain in goods that will be difficult to trace.

I'm sure its in the hands of someone close to his like his wife or kids. What will happened? It's dirty money, what do you expect? It will still used to fund drugs and kill people who opposes those cartels.

I don't know how long can someone can keep that huge amount of money. Authorities will be hot on her tail, that's for sure. But just like a said, it will still be used for drugs, no doubt about it.

the world is not a fair place!! El- Chapo did what he thought was right to survive likewise ROSS but the difference is now the people u=you end up picking up a fight with might just want to crush you so bad with no reason.

Both might have never expected this end but that is all they have got for now
the money they have made will somehow to be moved to another wealth has shifted and some group like Cartels always remember their own

its the path the walked into and now they find themselves at this point now

LOL. Not exactly. One is a murdering psychopath and the other is a libertarian-bent software developer. I wouldn't say they're at all similar, except for the fact that they are both in prison.

I thought Ross attempted to get one of his employees killed.  If I remember correctly.
