I'm looking for investments. Actually, I need 5-8k USD (or any crypto equivalent) in exchange for 15-20% equity of Delaware corp.
I have very small prototype, team. Project - like earn.com, but with much improvements.
I'm looking money only for product development. I'm front-end developer. I need very experienced backend developer, who can work fast as possible.
After that we will initiate VC round of funding. It's not ICO, not new coin, not blockchain project. But we will use in our platfrorm some cryptocurrencies
