I filled out this form more than two months ago, I uploaded my ID card, and took a live picture with my camera, I still haven't been approved, for me it was a scam so I gave away personal information without getting anything back.
However I still hope to get an email with approval one day...

I do not know why people are afraid to give their data especially to such a well-known company. The question is different. Are they really going to pay this money? You need to look for more information about it.

I just got an email from Blockchain.com.  They are giving away $25 worth of their Stellar (XLM) coin, but in order to claim it you have to submit a selfie and a government identification card.

I don't have any suspicions about Blockchain, I believe they're legit, but I'm always hesitant to spread my personal information around.

How many of you folks plan to claim your $25?
Becareful it may be scammers trying to steal your information.. why would they wanna give you money just to get your personal information.. this seems suspicious

Blockchain.info/com has been online for a very long time. They have been providing their service from the beginning. It is actually one of the decent online web wallets (though i don't recommend anyone to use web wallets as they are never safe) out there. You even have access to your private keys. They won't be scamming you or risking their reputation for just $25. Have you tried contacted their support or resend your infromation?

Nothing suspicious. They are actually giving away free Stellar coins to those who verify their identification. Verifying your ID also opens up various features on their wallet.

Apparently some of people already claim it and get $25 on XLM but actually i do know this bounty program several weeks ago but i don't dare to submit my KYC because in my view those amount of money is not worth to spread my KYC to particular site although blockchain is obviously legit but i fear someday our data will leak and stolen by hacker and it is possible because it was already happened on facebook

Totally agree. $25 is not worth sending your vital info to someone you don't know.
We don't know where will it end up to or who will gonna use your info.
Though they seemed to be a trusted website but better be safe than sorry.

I did get the stellar tokens on my blockchain.com wallet but i never had a KYC on their process.
All i did was to create a wallet account and put my email on the airdrop button.
I waited for almost 3 weeks and surprised that i got the XLM on my wallet. NO KYC REQUIRED!!!

I have already passed KYC for a long time and received a reward of $ 25 in the equivalent of XLM, the only problem is that I received them even before the fall of the course. Now this $ 25 has turned into $ 9.

Does your freedom cost $25? I know that only one check won't take away your freedom, but the government controls almost everything around us, except cryptocurrencies! Besides, what if this is fake? They will have your information with no effort! Do you need that money? If so, maybe consider this option! In fact, I have learned that simple things are more profitable than innumerable requirements!

I think this is not something cool! Some one wants to label us, it is obvious. First i came in to this cryptocurrency world because i thought that i could stay nameless. That was something great in this new world order. But first i had to start send my passport and address to exchanges because if i didn't i couldn't be able to collect my money. After that many bounty campaigns started to ask about the KYC procedure. So my motto was to stay secret but now i did send my passport to more than 100 project. This is not good and i dislike this situation.

As I understood it, KYC Blockchain wallet itself.  And not exactly Airdrop Stellar.  This verification allows you to exchange crypto inside the wallet.  So personally, I agree to this KYC.

I'll be honest, most bounty hunters have been getting between $ 10 and $ 200 lately, so I think this airdrop should be attractive to all bounty hunters.

Yeah, you don't need to worry, I'm sure blockchain.com can protect the security of your personal information.
I have also joined and have submitted a selfie and a government identification card. But, I'm not as lucky as you are, until now I haven't received XLM with a value of $ 25.

I've been looking at it a little more carefully, Blockchain is starting to bill themselves as an exchange, and the KYC is for trading in that capacity.  I think they are using this air-drop to lure people to use their new service, but to get the air-drop you need to submit KYC.  I don't think the staff of Blockchain will do anything nefarious with my info, and it's not like they can glean much information about me from my driver's license.  None the less, I think I'll pass for now.

I think its a kind of worthy because you can get 25$ by putting your identity on the website. But, I wonder what they will use by your identity.

If it just a simple KYC, i think it still worth to be done, but if the KYC is so much complicated where we have to complete to much of our personal data, then it would be better to avoid doing KYC for that amount.

Yes, of course , why not if the giving the gift is an official site like blockchain I am always willing to fill in the kyc , and the results I get from Airdrop XLM are quite large, while ivent is still running, I suggest to fill it as soon as possible
I agree with you. Blockchain is very trusted wallet ever since. I trust it more than any other online site. If I rate it, its 10 out of 10 for me.So I can anytime trust my info and id with it. Besides theres no reason blockchain will do suspicious thing with our info and id.

Well, $25 worth of XLM is already huge here in our country in which we could already buy a lot from it as US dollar has a greater value here. Can you share us the links on how we could join that airdrop? Anyway, i will not use my passports for KYC but only my government IDs as long as they are legit as you said.

I've done KYC on the main two exchanges that I use but I probably wouldn't do it on additional sites to reduce my risk.  I did it before to raise withdrawal limits.
