I tried to search in google many times but I found nothing.
While looking at the image I noticed that there is j26, j29, j30 the j26 seems a boot key same as a jumper on old s9 control board but I'm not sure if this is what we are looking for. I think you can try to contact bitmain to ask for the schematic diagram to check if "j26, j29, j30" is a boot key for flashing the control board with SD card.
Another one that I noticed are these parts tp2, tp4, and tp44 and tp45 this Test Point mostly use as a boot key to reprogram a cell phone(Most on JTAG you are right on guessing) I don't know if this one is what we need to activate the boot key to flash the board.
This is what I think if you are planning to flash with SD card using this Test Point it may lead to dead boot or board damage we need to make sure if this is the Test point for flashing.
Much better to don't attempt to try but if you can sacrifice to test find the ground of the control board and short the Testpoint to the ground one by one while the SD card inserted.
The final solution is to replace the control board as fanatic suggested lately.
