I understand you are totally a newbie, and don't understand the bitcointalk forum, u need to lookup and study those thread to see who was right and who was wrong, and I hope if you dig further and lookup further, you can figure it out.

it's no big deal to create a new account and open scam report against you.

anyways, regardless of the date, the dispute was in my favor, and the seller was the culprit.
