Hi all!

I'm looking for a Bitcoin related job.
So far I worked as a developer (mostly web) using PHP+MySQL, HTML+CSS and Javascript (including AJAX). Also had quite some experience developing scripts and bots on Python, and some experience with Node.js.
I have experience working with bitcoind as I've built an automatic gambling service (dice like), also did integrate Bitcoin payments to several e-shops using blockchain.info API.
I've got Linux administration skills as I've had to manage many VPSs and had Linux on my home computer for a while.

Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are very interesting and progressive technologies, they inspire me to work in this direction. So I'm looking for opportunities to find my skills useful here. Smiley

I'm ready to be paid in BTC, LTC, NXT or whatever tradable coins you like.

Do you know anyone who is a software engineer and also an accountant (or vice versus)?  Would love an intro for contract or full time

Hi,
Nxt is looking for Java devs:

Hi guys,

there are many developers we are looking for, right now there are positions:

1)
Java Programmer
NXT AT PROJECT HELP.  NEED JAVA PROGRAMMER.

This is a request by CIYAM for help with AT.  Need to get on this asap - contact: CIYAM Open

Quote:
The first thing we are going to need is a Java programmer to convert my C++ prototype (and yes I want the Java code to use the console so we can easily run test cases).

Unfortunately CfB isn't interested in doing this in a way that would allow for proper testing so I'd rather he wasn't actually involved in AT other than providing assistance with the Nxt AT API side of things (i.e. how Nxt AT can send and receive transactions as well as get other information and some general functions like say testing a hash value).

2)
Other Java Programmers positions are for new Nxt core development, please contact: mcjavar and Jean-Luc

3)
there are some other bounties for devs:
For public release on March 13th 2014

DGEX raises $470 000 USD in NXT crypto, pledges 500 000 NXT to developments

DGEX.com, the first and the only cryptocurrency exchange currently dedicated to the trade of the NXT crypto with Bitcoins, has raised 11 250 000 NXT of private investments in its recently closed Initial Virtual Offering.

During a 19-day period closing on March 10th, DGEX sold all of its allocated 108 900 virtual shares, accounting for 33% of its Virtual Share Capital and a corresponding share of future profits. Weekly dividend payments for shareholders commence on March 17th and The DGEX Private Virtual Shares begin trading publicly as one of the first peer-2-peer shares ever in the NXT Decentralized Asset Exchange when it becomes available in the NXT public cryptoledger during Spring 2014.

From the share proceeds DGEX is now pledging a total of 500 000 NXT (approx. $21 000 USD) to fund public and private developments related to the NXT network infrastructure and services. Projects can be viewed and entry applied at https://nextcoin.org/index.php/topic,4385.0.html

Since its launch for the NXT cryptocurrency in November 2013, DGEX.com, operated by Graviton Capital, has processed trades for approximately 513 Million NXT (approx. 33000 BTC, $21M USD at the current rate of 0.000065 BTC / NXT) and serves 11.700 customer accounts worldwide.

4)
NXT cross chain transaction 3 million to 5M bounty

5) for other dev bounties ask: jl777 and rickyjames, soon you will be able to ask nxt dev committee
-
I actually have a lot of programming projects as I am managing the NXTcommunityfund and also the NXTcash project.

If you have experience automating multisig bitcoin transactions, please PM me with your rate and brief CV. I can most easily pay in NXT, but I can also just convert it to BTC.

I am also looking for someone who is able to port C++ code into Java.

I am also looking for someone who can do server side programs.

All of these are halftime to fulltime.

James
