Since 2017 after bitcoin got its all time highest, the  market has kept it down and there has been no real sign of going up again, but when will it get back to its all time highest?

I don't think anyone have the answer to this question, even experts that has predicted in time past mis-predicted, so no one can actually tell when bitcoin will get back to $20k, it could even take up to 2 - 4 years how cares. We should learn to focus on how we can maximize the technology instead of just putting all our focus on when bitcoin is going to moon and when lambo.

All you have to do is be patient, it may take a few years but bitcoin will be over $20k eventually.  Adoption will increase while the inflation rate will drop.

Regardless of when that happens the question is if you are going to be here to see the bull run? You have really said the truth and I bitcoin may not get serious upwards movement this year because it went to far in 2017. Bitcoin will reach 20,000$ again in next year 2020. I do not think we need to wait for another 4 years for this. What i see is that slowly the institutional investors are coming in the crypto field and the next bull run will be a natural one based on the actual high demand of bitcoins.

As long as we can analyze the chart, then we might see a signal for bitcoin price to go up, but it's not guaranteed that the price will go to the highest price as before.

Yes, those assets will show a bigger growth by the next bullish trend. Also it is simple to make an investment on these top listed coins as they are low in price compared to the bitcoin which is at the peak. When the peak value will be reached is simply unpredictable, probably 2020 will provide us with the similar growth.

I dont question when will it come, I simply believe in big chances for that to happen. As a gambler I watch everything trough that, you have high and low odds for everything to happen, sometimes you will see impossible things happening, thats bitcoin rise from 0 to here, low chances but happened, now we have much lower odds, cause bitcoin rise is almost certain. I bet on bitcoin like I bet on other things, and for me its going really high, we just need to wait for it and earn some extra coins until that happen.

It's not easy to be able to say or predict about bitcoin, many who have analyzed bitcoin will win again. although the direction of improvement began to emerge when yesterday broke the $ 4K mark, even though it dropped back.
but this is progress and shows change, and I believe that starting Q2 this year bitcoin will start to rise.

Its unpredictable , even though bitcoin is still recovering we can still see that somehow its improving. Just be patient because it is the key, because we all know that bitcoin can surpass this kind of situation. In the past years bitcoin also experienced this difficult situation but it was able to handle that and survive. Aside from that we are still able to get opportunities from it even if the market is down.
