Since 2017 after bitcoin got its all time highest, the  market has kept it down and there has been no real sign of going up again, but when will it get back to its all time highest?

The question is almost the same as:
When will the rain come?

No one will know the answer even for the pro trader which full of experience in crypto trading and stock trading. But we have a sign by analyzing the chart with many indicators. As long as we can analyze the chart, then we might see a signal for bitcoin price to go up, but it's not guaranteed that the price will go to the highest price as before.

I agree, we know that at some point in the future the bull market will surely come just as we know that at some point it is going to rain but we do not know exactly when that is going to happen, so the only thing we can do is to try to prepare and be ready when that happens, unfortunately many investors never understand that predicting accurately what the markets will do is simply impossible and will try to predict when that happens and when they fail they will grow disappointed with the market to the point that many of them will abandon it.

Probably never, those that want to predict the market want to get in bitcoin at the perfect moment and do not want to be invested in it a day longer than necessary, and as you may guess it is not really difficult to imagine that such investors never get the profits they are looking for because they always enter in the market once most of the growth has happened and the smart investors begin to get out, then they keep holding when the price crashes and then they blame their bad luck instead of their decisions for their losses.

Can i know on what theory for calculation you are telling so confidently about the price of bitcoin future. Lot of users have told in 2018 same way but nothing happened. So first know about the market situation and then comment. No one can perfectly tell when will the price will move up or down. But if you see the current situation and the coming months news and their results will impact the price of bitcoin and other coins if everything is positive then what you are telling about 10k usd in 2019 ending can be seen.

Let us not give false hope, I guess. Being optimistic in a way is good but sometimes is not. Though, as of the moment it seems to be impossible that Bitcoin will reach the 20k mark anytime soon. It hardly even reach the $4k mark, so realistically speaking, Bitcoin may have stabilize it's rates and the pump is nowhere near. But, Let's see, the year is still young and a lot of things might happen.

There is no exact date when the bitcoin reach again or hit again 20k dollars. But Im sure that bitcoin will hitted that again.
20k dollars is our dream and we know that it already reached last 2017 In the month of December and better for us to become real again that value because the only we can know now is to buy and keep holding on the bitcoin. It will, trust me it will go way above that level - can't say when exactly.
That's because Futures gave the other side to let these bears too make some money by killing the bulls eating up their longs. Recent example was when BTC struggled to get over $4250 and then just scattered down back to $3800. This shows that current investors are only into making money from both the sides, so we need some serious investors enter the markets and grow the price to a level from where throwing it down wouldn't be so easy for bears. I feel that what we are expecting of Bakkt, we will possibly see the markets turning red at first for sure before it begins to rally higher.
