If he will and I'm sure he will buy protection from Yakuza even Victor (and his friends from Russian mafia) won't help. Everyday i'm amazed someone hasn't grabbed him, gotten where he stashes the coins, taken them, and went on there merry way with millions that they could probably get rid of fairly easily and safely.
Who would give him protection instead of doing this? He has no further income, business, or power to offer where it would be worth keeping him around.
