How could you left out nano ? I mean there are so many coins that are so much behind Nano in that list. Nano was the pioneer in the fast transaction world of crypto and still is and had at one point reached 34 at its peak and now under 1 dollar. It has so much more potential than many of these coins, a x10 in Nano wouldn't be even a shock during the bull run.

People loved Nano as well, check out reddit and how much each coin is mentioned, it is 6th most talked about coin in all of reddit, beating many of the famous coins like monero. I say a top ten under 1 dollar coins list without Nano is literally missing one of the most important ones. Maybe iota and cardano could be better and its a tie with xem and stellar but it really deserves to be there more than many of those coins.

People just want to invest and make +.  When there is no experience or capital is not big for many, this is the way out. However, choosing a coin worth up to $ 1 is worth carefully exploring the project. Latest news. Understand whether the project will work and grow. What tasks does the coin perform?

Its look more safe to choose top 10 ranked in coinmarketcap like XRP, XLM, TRX but actually cheap price of crypto did not help alot for its price increasing because the circulating supply also too much. I think much better to choose crypto according to fundamental factor which that crypto have live product and partnership with third party.

Still, if you want promising cheap crypto under 1$ i should suggest looking to semux. It is promising, less than a dollar and also has a very small market cap.

Compare all of altcoins from the list which OP recommended i think Stellar Lumen is the most potential and the secondly i think ADA but i was wondering why XRP excluded because this altcoins is very potential to considering that the position on coinmarketcap also very good and can beat altcoins popular such as LTC which already exist since several years ago

Every trader/investor has their own style to analyse the coins but I always prefer to pick the coins with less limited supply with good trading volume and on the basis of this criteria I selected Aeron, Help, B2bX, DeepOnion, KuCoin Shares, Stratis, Bancor, LocalCoinSwap and Arbidex these all coin has good daily trading volume and I believe its worth to hold these coins for long term as all these coins are currently under $1 value and I hope you will check these coins as well.

I wonder why people pay so much attention to the value of the coin in price, I do not think the price of a coin should really determine its worth.

Let's imagine, I invest in a good project when the value was 0.03 usd which is far less than 1 dollar, then I purchase 10000 of the coin, which the total cost will be 300 dollar, just think about the value grew in price overtime to 0.4 usd which is still less than 1 usd, has that not given me 4000 usd in return ?  So like you said, we should learn to judge by growth in marketcap of the coin.
