I seem to remember reading that their business has been slowly moving from merchant type stuff and more towards conversions for large clients so that percentage makes sense. Can anyone confirm they still send the scary messages about your fee being too low and you may never receive your item cos BTC is so shit?
The real test is whether they bother to implement Segwit or LN but that might be too much for them to bear. Wouldn't want to make life easier.
Next up it would be very exciting to see Coinbase bringing themselves to regularly confirm Bitcoin isn't shit too. What is it with these people?
