As I understand it, the principle is like that of Uber? Is there a difference between Good Price and other services?
Yes, there are some similarities with the Uber system
Our project is unique and all recruiting or micro-task services have the following flaws:
- Recruiting service orientation. Search of the employee not for a concreate task or a
project but on long term basis.
- Narrow specialization of the project. Service orientation to tasks solving and
executors searching in one niche. Significant limitations to the list of solvable tasks.
- Region limitations depending on where the employee lives. Most of the platforms do
not work on the territory of the Russian Federation. Services do not allow to search
for employees in CIS countries as well as in Europe, Asia and the USA.
- Absence of the system of qualifying the specialists and proving the reliability of his
data.
- Possibility to leave false positive feedback on the websites.
- Limitation of access to the specialists’ base.
- No guarantee of deal security.
- No possibility to be an employee and employer at the same time.
