I imported Thomas V public key from a link provided on https://electrum.org/#download
and it sent me to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/spesmilo/electrum/master/pubkeys/ThomasV.asc and it imported 2 keys:
ThomasV <thomasv1@gmx.de>
Animazing <animazing@gmail.com>

I tried to verify the signature from the Standalone Executable and Windows Installer and my GNU came back with BAD signature.

I have not installed any update yet and would like some help in case I'm doing anything wrong. As of now I'm using version 3.2.2

Thank you.

Download the file again from ELECTRUM.ORG and make sure you follow this guide step-by-step: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5105901.0

I just tried myself with the latest version of the Standalone Executable (electrum-3.3.4.exe) and the signature was verified.

I was able to get the signature to verify as well.

Once you download the executable, create a text file in the same directory.  Copy the signature into that text file, and save it.  Then rename the text file to <electrum-3.3.4.exe.asc> and try again.

Download the file again from ELECTRUM.ORG

Is the link I provided in the op correct or not? https://electrum.org/#download

Thats where I'm getting the files. And that was where I got the link to Thomas v public key.

I'll try again but now sure why when I use GNU Privacy Assistant to copy the signature and I hit verify and this is what I see:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/29128041@N05/32218952087/in/dateposted-public/

I'll try again but I am trying to verify that the links for Thomas public key are correct that are posted at https://electrum.org/#download
and that link is https://raw.githubusercontent.com/spesmilo/electrum/master/pubkeys/ThomasV.asc

I guess I am verifying it incorrectly but now sure why.

Thank you

OK thanks that worked. I guess the way I was trying to verify was not correct. Thank you both TryNinja and DireWolfM14 for your help.
I wanted to be extra careful because I got a popup on my Electrum when I sent some coin saying I had to update then came here and saw all the messages about people getting phished so... you know.
Thanks.
