If you don't have any type of valid collateral, better close this thread as you don't have chance to get this loan request to be funded. Whats stopping you from dropping by on your nearest bank and asking them to mortgage the property for getting a loan? Pretty easy in every country out there unless you are living somewhere in the middle of a cold desert in the tundra lands. Not all property belongs to me. And only a small part is the problem.

You can't secure anyone's money and everything that you say already have huge gaps and generate uncertainty.
