I would regard these quasi banks that live inside apps as as flaky as a crypto exchange. Like an exchange their life depends on keeping the real banks happy and they'll fuck you to keep it that way.

I've got a Revolut account but I treat it like an exchange. I would never leave money on it. I use whatever service they're offering and then get out ASAP.

What is the purpose of this thread? Just discussion or you want to organize people who got Revolut account locked and make a complaint to Revolut, maybe even sue them?
I am not a user, but my friend recommended Revolut, he doesn't have any problems and he uses it regularly.

If you have a capital that you will not need in the foreseeable future, or you may not have trouble if you lose forever, Revolut is your service provider.

Steps :

1. You collect a few thousand pounds in your Revolut account.
2. Revolut freezes your account.
3. You ask: Why have my account been blocked? The answer is: We cannot give information about this!
4. You ask: When can I get my deposit! The answer is: We cannot give information about this!
5. Waiting for a few weeks, you're looking for legal options.
6. You are reading the Revolut Terms of Use and are shocked !!!!  (Revolut can steal your money anytime! No need to justify it!)

After that, if you want: TRY OUT!

Most of there reply to the customer look sh#t to me and of no genuine reasons presented by them for the locking of the account.

I think there nothing much you can do about it on the forum, I read there Revolut Terms of Use and it's truly a mess for sure.

I would suggest you to rather report this to legal authority.

The mass suspensions were followed by the first police reports, and the Financial Ombudsman Services were also investigated.

This is why it's better to start a an accusation thread against the compagny in the Scam Accusation board. Deep investigations can be made after checking evidences.
I am not also a user of Revolut, but it's recommended by many users and i didn't see many complaints against it.

Well... I guess that with every service there will always be people who will have problems.
Personally I never had an issue with Revolut. I'm holding about 1000€ there in XRP, hopping for the XRP price to go above 1€ and start using the card for buying stuff (like using XRP for the purchases).

I tend to trust companies on some level based on the experience I have with their customer support, and Revolut had a good support the few times I tried them. Not like "wow amazing support", but it was good.
Also good support I've found in Kraken and in Xch4nge who's ad I have in my signature.

Hi,so Ive had a revolut account for a while and all seemed fine,until I tried to transfer money abroad,i entered the incorrect bank account number but revolut said they sent the funds which were never received,i made revolut aware via the online chat (this is crazy the only way to get in touch is online).they said they would chase this up and get the funds returned....after 2 weeks of me chasing them for a response I finally got a response that they could not get hold of the bank so they've given up chasing my £500 and said I must do it myself....absolut joke.
how can a bank expect a paying customer to recover funds that they say they cant.they sent me some rubbish that I could knock up myself on excel to show me they tried to recover the funds but for all I know they've stolen my funds or they don't really care that the beneficiary bank stealing my funds.... they've tried but could get a response so they just gave up...seems to typical these days I try once then give up!

I am fuming and despite the relative easy of using revolut I cant say I trust them nor like them any more...I will be escalating this to fca ,ombudsmen and bbc watchdog....as this is theft !!!
beware of revolut as reading a bit I see a few people have been scammed robbed or fobbed of by this so called bank...absolutely shocking
