I did mine ZTC coin at fastpool.xyz, I looked at pool's payment, payout to my ZTC wallet already settled, but nothing coming to my ZTC wallet after syncing.

so what i should to do now?

Hi, you need to resync the daemon from checkpoints, just delete your DB file on Appdata: "C:\Users\roywo\AppData\Roaming/Zent/DB"
