I have been gambling since 2 years ago. Playing from casino sites to another casino sites. Win lose, win lose, win lose, many sleepless nights. One time somewhere 2018 i started to bet bigger than before. I got stressed out because of the bustings. I cant stop myself from playing. I just want to stop. Welcome back bro, i have been there myself and i am on the process of moving on.
Remember that if you wanna quit it gambling, remember that is a process. Every addiction that will be stopped need to undergo to a process. It is a step by step move.
So here it goes, this is just an advice okay? Based on my experience
1. Accept that you have lost already. For sure the cause of non stop playing is that you have lost and running after it to get it back. STOP!  You have lost and betting more will have a great risk that you will add more to your loses.
2. Don't stop in an instant. For sure you have tried to stop but then again you came back. For worse you lose more, why? Because you've been itching to play. So you can still hang around play a little bit. Little by little only util you find a new hobby. Find a new hobby!
3. Open up your situation. It is good you have opened it here in btt but it is much better if someone you really know knows your situation. They can help you much better than any comments here.
4. Be advised by a professional counsels. Sometimes you need the help of the professionals (i went for an advice too) to cope up with this.
I have been there myself bro. Stopping is your choice. If you are willing to let go. Excessive gambling makes your life stressful. Good luck bro!

See a psychologist. You obviously have a gambling problem. Do it now before it gets any worse and ruins your relationship with your loved ones.

Hey, mate for you to reduce that addiction. Go outside and smell some fresh air, Find other activities that will make you busy and not focus on gambling Make out with your friends. Or find a stable job, You can do it! Self-discipline is lacking to prevent these kinds of addiction.

I just want to know about your experiences with fiat based gambling, I mean why you subject this discussion as "bitcoin gambling" ? I am sure you will get stressed out in the same manner even with fiat gambling too. Witiwiw  . this seems like a happy ending in your case but not in the op though this can also happen to him if he chooses to be a god guy  .

How can he look for the thing that will make him interested is he is already interested in gambling ?  Gambling is really addictive if you have lots of capital and if you dont control yourself but theres no point of quitting on it  . he just need to seek some mental health in order to lessesn the stress and addiction that he feels .

I will try to stop gambling no matter if it's hard for me. Maybe I will ask someone to help me to get out of the gambling industry. I am sure you have the power to control yourself and not just to stop for temporary but also to quit from gambling forever. You will need an effort to start to quit gambling.

Please take time to realize where you are slipping down and what needs to be fixed. Remember you may get enough chances to recover all your gambling losses from any other business or from a day job too. Do not chase your losses within gambling. Out of your chases, you just got addicted and and made your losses into a big one. Accept your losses and look for some other earning methods.

I will make myself busy into something else and ask for some help from my family. its normal to feel like this especially if you are winning in gambling, but we know that the result of long term playing is a totally loss. Control yourself, its not too late for you to stop listen to us. Gambling is not good if you play like that.

No, OP, before you see anyone - arrest your addiction.

Make it impossible for you to bet, and if you can't - put fences around it, the more - the merrier.

This is how you educate yourself to stop betting, and thus you can focus on building a better life for yourself, but you have to put your addiction under arrest (just like a cop puts a civilian under arrest), once it's locked - it's locked, you won't be able to release it so quickly, it will require to pass the fences you build.

For example - self exclusion, keep your money with your loved ones so you won't be able to spend it - any website that causing you problem contact the site and ask for permanent account closure without the ability to reopen the account etc.

Dude, you need to rest. Take some deeper sleeps first so you can think properly. It's one reason why you have always been triggered to gamble although you've been losing a lot. Taking a rest will surely help you to have that set of mind and it will make you calm.

Try to give yourself a limit including your money, time and energy. Lets say you used to gamble with $1,000 so reduce it to $500 then reduce it again and again. In case of the frequency, if you used to gamble daily then reduce it to twice a week or once a week and so on. It will be very hard to stop suddenly, so I suggest you step by step to stop. Actually once you say "I cant stop myself", there is still a little hope to stop because you say that you want to stop. Use this little hope wisely, wash your mind and think about other things except gambling. At least try to stay away from anything related gamble one by one.

I will never stop trying to quit gambling if I know that gambling can ruin myself. I will search and try a thousand way to make myself stop playing gambling and gladly, now I don't gamble in every day because I can stop thinking about gambling. Wake up mate. Gambling isnt sure win. If you always chase to win, you will end up more lost most specially if you wanted to get back what you have lost. The tendency is that you will continue to bet not realizing that you will lost more because of this. If you feel lost for the day, just keep it there and play again if you have extra.
