The problem is this is not a unique idea. ALREADY NEM and other big coins with big following and infrastructure in place have done IPS so you would need to come up with something really spectacular to engage anyone's real attention. Throwing an idea of creating a ponzi ad hovc is not sufficient to engage potential interest or investment.
