I hard to believe we will see new ATH of $20k before the end of 2020. 1 million Bitcoin might happen at the end of next decade.

I agree with your opinion regarding unrealistic predictions about BTC price. I am not sure my age will be enough to see 1$ per satoshi in future. I can predict 50k$ after 3 years as a realistic investor.

Bitcoin getting to $1,000,000 in 2020 is possible but I don't think it can happen in that way.  Bitcoin is currently below $4000 and 2020 is just some few months from now.  If we are going to see bitcoin above  $20,000  that was the highest place it ever go to it might not be this year and I think even if about 10 country adopted bitcoin today it will be difficult for it to get to $1,000,000 before end of 2020!

Well, after the bull run there are not other people that will fall for this FOMO and buy and buy as it happened in 2017. Now they are more cautious and afraid that the same thing is going to happen with the Bull and the bear run right after. The best way is to keep bringing more people and get them involved in the ecosystem so as to increase the mass adoption.

We've already had at least four dramatic bull markets in bitcoin history, and it certainly didn't scare traders off each time. On the contrary, the dramatic and rapid increase in bitcoin price has attracted more investors each time. When the next rally comes around (if indeed, it happens at all) things will get crazy, guaranteed.

People have to think about what makes a coin go up. It goes up when money is pouring in. When people are buying and buying and buying. We saw it during the bull run in 2017. That was huge. Yet it went "only" to about 20K$. To go to 1 million, you'd need billionaires investing massively in BTC. Since they're already billionaires, why would they risk it ?

As for me, the solution to that mate was to grab that best opportunity of securing a good profit once you'll able to see market rise is going to happen. Halving will happen next year but it ain't enough for bitcoin to reach $1M by that time. We're still far from reaching $1M even by just considering the situation today.

Bitcoin not only does not reach the price of a million dollars in 2020, it is unlikely to ever reach such a price. I think that its limit is no more than 50,000 dollars, the price is higher than nothing more than a non-real fantasy. Digital money cannot have such a high value. The higher the cost of Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency will rise, the closer the likely collapse of the entire cryptocurrency will be. We hardly need to strive for the very high cost of bitcoin.

 i wont believe that bitcoin would hit 1million usd at the end of 2019 even if i believe that anything is possible in bitcoin  .   the gap is just too short   . i dont think that bitcoin can accumulate enough adoption that fast .

Once we are able to get a full mainstream acceptance, I think we are going to see the price of bitcoin getting to as high as $1 million and even more.

I say this because the supply of bitcoin is very low which according to the law of demand, will make bitcoin be in more demand than supply, then we might not have to equate the price of bitcoin with the USD anymore but anyone can make purchase with the smallest unit of bitcoin known as satoshi.

I guess they were feeling sad because they regretted not listening to that humble investor that advised them to invest when bitcoin was about 1000 usd, I also lost the chance too just that my own investment was when BTC got to 7k and I had to buy little since I couldn’t afford to buy the whole full coin then.

Finally for the speculation of 1 million usd, it is actually impossible for now as you said, it just mere speculation which is also good though, at least it is better than the negative ones going round this net, this might force lots of potential investors to start investing this year and now that BTC is on 3k trend which will in turn push the market out of the bearish trend.

Well i don't know if anyone would be willing to buy bitcoin if they price goes beyond even 100 or 200k. That's just me though. I still think anything is possible and what you're saying is also a possibility but i'm almost certain it won't happen in the next 2 years.

I disagree because currently the new price is in the range of USD 3,900 so to reach the price of USD 1 million miracles are needed many times, exceeding the December 2017 phenomenon.
It is possible that it could happen, but it is better to think logically than to imagine a bitcoin worth USD 1 million, and that does not interfere with the predictable price of bitcoin for 2020. In my opinion the price of bitcoin in 2020 is in the range of USD 5,000 and that in my opinion is very reasonable.

Or probably 1 BTC = $1m won't happen.  I am optimistic about Bitcoin but I really do not think Bitcoin to reach $1M USD, since I believe Bitcoin will lose its dominance before reaching that amount.  Reason, a new cryptocurrency will possibly emerge to dominate the market due to its scalability, usage and being user friendly.

I didn't even feel like clicking on the link since the title itself sounded total bullshit. First of all, it is just a random facebook page claiming that the price will reach 1 million USD within 2020. Second, I don't think they predicted the price based on any reasonable fact. Third, even if they predicted the price based on facts, the market is quite unpredictable, and there is high chance that the price might deviate from what has been predicted.
TL;DL: Just don't blindly believe those predictions. Tons of people out there are predicting price and most of them fail to do so properly.

The reason why people are so optimistic about the price of bitcoin on the year 2020 is that there is a rumor about the upcomming halving . the event said that it can drastically uplift the price of bitcoin and other cryptos to their unatural extent  .  there is nothing impossible in bitcoin because bitcoin do unexpected and shocking things  like for example before where bitcoin is only small but it suddenly pump without anyone noticing   .  same scenario can also happen on the upcomming months , year  .
