There are lots of exchanges are providing such unofficial air drops. Stex (formerly stock.exchange) is one of them in present times .

In old days, poloniex and yobit was doing it intensively and yobit got 100s of free faucets on daily basis (not sure they are still keeping them alive).

Recently, TRX based air drop of bittroent tokens must have made many devs to think this way like airdropping some new tokens based on holding of their coins may trigger pumping of their coins. I do see this is a derived version of hard fork based air drops. Expect many more such a sir drops in coming days which definitely will include lots of shitcoins too.

The value does not really matter as long as user get it for absolutely free. Take any airdrops as bonus but do not expect too much that it will worth big amount of money.
Nothing good comes cheap? Generally you are very wrong, look at BTC back when it was launched 10 years ago and compare it with recent price only. No need to compare it with its ATH price. Anything may happen in this crypto world, dont underestimate cheap coin too much.

Because it is free do not mean it should not have value sir.  I have many airdrops coins or tokens in my wallet and there are of no used to me because there have no values.  I think we sometimes things that airdrops is free coins but i don't think there are free because the developer give it for something and that is part of advertising the projects and most people come to know about the project through airdrops.

Airdrops rewards are very less unless you are lucky to find a one good hidden gem coin which really turn out to be a big one in the future. Although the value of airdrops coins are small but the feeling of getting some free coins is great and it can really make one happy.
I used to collect airdrops more often but then I stopped because now most of the airdrops coins never make to the exchanges.

Airdrop rewards is not useful in future economy but it is clear show the trust worthy of this project. Nowadays many airdrops are scam so peoples are totally avoid the airdrops participation but still some good airdrops are available in the market. I expect anytime this token going to dump so as soon as possible sell this token is a right decision.

Yes there are alot of coin that give airdrop for holder,  in my opinion airdrop GAS from NEO is profitable one because both coin increase in value. In the beginning of 2017 NEO still called Antshares and after the name changed to NEO they distributed GAS for NEO holder. NEO and GAS was increase the price to all the times high in 2017.

But, it is not just about receiving a airdrop in your wallet the the feasibility of that airdropped coin having a good worth in the future. I personally have up to 40 airdropped coin in my wallet but are currently all useless to me because I can't use them for anything, it's more or less me creating/deploying a token on the ethereum blockchain and leaving it in my wallet for no reason.

I hope I don't miss the other chance so I can get free coin as you too.

You may not miss anything so miserably even you will be missing out those air drops. Airdropped coins are never getting good value as most people are dumping them when they do receive for free of cost. Everyone want to lock their profits in BTC or ETH. Hence, you may continue where you are usually busy, there will be no big benefits on spending time on these.

But only few of them are good because most of the camaign or any aidrop did not pay the participants and even it pay it the value of the token is not really good or don't any value so that's I think you are lucky! Couple of days i always recieve a reward for other bounties and other ways to earn in crypto that tokens giving to me. But in past days its no use and not profitable because lot of them has no price and different ico projects get scammed.

Youre very lucky if the aidropped token has already had a value in the market, and ICO tokens usually takes at least 1 to 2 months to gain value.  So, basically thats how new coin/token works, they dont have value at the very beginning of the project. Just gather all what you gained and be patient, you will be reaping them in the next few months or year. It may not be all of them will gain value atleast you didnt paid for it even a single penny.

I prefer to make profit from trading than looking for earning from airdrop because the price of the token from that airdrop can be drop. I have bad experienced last year when i interesting to get airdrop IGnis from NXT, but both coin dumped hard.

I agree. It doesnt matter for now.
But take every altcoin as an example. Ethereum is once dust and also other coins out there.
With just good advertisement and marketing it could go wild and take a good spot on the top coins.

yeah since market growth rate fell off the distribution rewards of some airdrop campaign become very cheap also and worthless.
That's why im wondering right now also what is the value of airdropped why op is very happy on it. Actually for me it seems like op has another intentions behind of this post such to gain participants on that event. Because base what i read inside the url above.  wherein only ZPT holder that have at least one zpt total balance will be the eligible to receive the rewards which is the GALA.  What do you think guys?  Don't judge me please.  Lmao
