I'm also skeptic clicking link shorteners because mostly contains some malware that can be harmful to the visitors. As for the forum rules, yes it isn't allowed to use link shorteners.

Yes they want KYC for withdraws. I trust Coinchase. They got good points on ICO reviews. Also their CEO passed KYC on Icobench.

Just wanna say good luck to you and please share your experiences, I don't have any idea yet with this site and still trying to learn more about predicting the next movements, knowing that it will be tough as market is really hard to anticipate due to many factors that affects this industry including the whales.
