I have a suspicion that these accounts are connected

How is that so? Did they use multiple accounts to join the same bounty (using the same sig or something like that?)

Just because they're connected doesn't mean they're scammers imo. Multiple accounts are also allowed too, as long as you're not using it to abuse something.

Please stop making useless topic in future. Nothing clear on your thread. Are they cheat on bounty ? Are they cheat on signature? Please describe briefly how they are cheating forum. Just make transaction between each other isn't sufficient evidence. Make your post more clear,
1. How they are abusing system?
2. Where they are abusing?
3. How they are connected account?

Hey mate without having proper evidence you can't take decission about someone. Just transaction between 2 person can't be a logic to suspect as a Alt account user. You have to reveal their connectivity clearly to put them under action. If you can provide valid reason that these accounts are connected with each other only then your post will be appreciated here.

Please mate provide a solid proof that they abuse the WPP bounty campaign if they are connected accounts.
It took 15 minutes for me to look up the spreadsheet there but I didn't see their names.
And use this, https://archive.fo/ if you found something punishable.
