Aside the complicated ways of registration, the language used in the website is just google translate imo. It gives me an automatic translation based on my local language and so many strange sentences which is not even understandable for me. Trying to give better understanding for players based on their country but it gives the opposite thing. Not a professional gambling site obviously.

I think OP's new people who don't know the gambling place that used cryptocurrency before so as he provides a lot of requirements to create an account, usually to make it easier when make a withdrawal. I have tried several times to seek several gambling sites that use money fiat and almost all of them need KYC to create an account. Your FAQ page is very poor since there are only 4 questions, 3 of them being related to deposits & withdrawals and the other one about what currencies you accept. What about the other questions related to countries accepted, bonuses, accounts, your platforms and many more? I think people want to know every information before registering to your website and it's much faster to just read it from your FAQ rather then waiting for an answer from livechat or email.
I have also noticed when I try to acces sportsbook it redirects me to another website, wich seems to be different from yours. So in fact you don't have your own sportsbook platform?
