1st option - You'll need a copy of your credit report from  www.AnnualCreditReport.com or a similar website

Once you have a credit report you can then file a dispute which will give you a copy of your report.

OR

2nd Option - You can go directly to the three main credit bureau websites and request the report..

Experian - https://www.experian.com/consumer/cac/InvalidateSession.do?code=CDIDEC
Transunion - https://dispute.transunion.com/
Equifax - http://www.equifax.com/fcra

You'll be able to save your report and then request again within 30days (most of the time)
