Hoi allemaal, stel dat je via China pakketjes naar zelf opstuurt en vermeldt dat het engineer samples zijn, moet je daarover invoer belasting betalen?

Nee, engineering samples zijn zonder invoerrechten.

Maar dan moeten het ook wel echt engineering samples zijn, uiteraard is misbruik hiervan strafbaar.

en het moet natuurlijk duidelijk vermeld worden op het pakketje en de factuur.
