I once bought a physical product (computer parts) from my close relative's since actually it is prohibited to use Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies as a way of payments in my country(Indonesia). Mainly I bought digital goods like a gift card, mobile data, and especially hosting and domain.

One thing I don't like is the majority of the service provider that based on Indonesia are forced us to verify our identity first before we could make a purchase, that makes me forced to find a privacy-oriented service provider.

What I see for the most crypto user's who spend their crypto are those people who spend their crypto for a living to the fact that they choose this as a source of income but some of them they spend their crypto for trading and buying things with rebates which is one of the advantages of using crypto.

For me, on my own, both living and buying digital products online where I spent and earn crypto there are some online store that accepts crypto as payment. The good thing of using crypto as payment is that they don't need more info or any KYC verification when buying a service or digital product.

I would like to buy the cheapest pro subscription of windscribe vpn, but my country is very poor and we don't have any way to transfer cash into digital money to buy some crypto and pait, even a full salary per month is like 20USD, so I depend only from faucets like coinpot

We are on our way to adoption but need to make real purchases in order to achieve the level of adoption that we need.

Is there any product digital or physical that you would willingly spend your cryptocurrency on? What would you feel good about spending your cryptocurrency on?

If so, What is that something?

Why or why do you not use crypto as your currency of choice?

Is that something on Forra.io?

It depends on where we live. You can do all possible things with crypto when its legalised by the respective government. Still, beyond the barriers, if needed, we do shop around using crypto currencies on sites crypto payment allowed. Mostly, we convert into fiats and do all requirements.

Thanks for sharing information about this service. Unfortunately, it's not available in my country... Do they accept Bitcoins directly, or they are just using one of payment proccessors like Bitpay like most similar services are doing?

Sadly they do not accept Bitcoins directly, but they use a payment processor like Bitpay.
It's not perfect, but I'm already glad that they accept Bitcoin in the first place.

I'm looking for the days that my web host will use Cryptocurrency, I cannot transfer all my sites to other web host, because they offer top notch service, I'm glad that I can still fund my Namecheap account with Bitcoin, hopefully, all online products and services will integrate Cryptocurrency.

If you cant use crypto , why not convert your crypto to the fiat or to the payment method that they accept ?  Simple as that .  dont stress your self for the things that can be done easily  .

Anyway in my case i spend my crypto for top upping  my steam account  because nowadays many third party websites are now offering this kind of service  .

In recent times I have bought - three computers, several flights, untold amounts of hard disks as I have a weird storage fetish, VPN, usenet and seedbox accounts, domain name and hosting and no doubt plenty more. I'd prefer it if more places were accepting and not converting but that's not practical for now.

You tend to be more spend happy if you earn in BTC.

Bisq Market Day - March 20th 2023

In my country there is no platform that's currently accepting Bitcoin as it method of payment rather converting from digital to fiat before an individual will be able to make any transaction. Though the government has been working on legalizing Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general which when implement will boost the country economy.

I virtually buy everything I need with crypto currency because I don't see the challenges of stores not accepting bitcoin as an excuse not to use it. What I simply do is to convert to fiat which is always available then get what I wish without any bottlenecks whatsoever. However, with a service like yours, its expected that the middle process would likely be eliminated and would make transaction with crypto more seamless.

Nice information about how i can spend my BC. It was nice information. I have never seen such this type of spending BC option. Thanks for sharing here. When I don't mine BC I work as a writer at https://www.customessays.co.uk to provide essay writing help for the students. I think you are not working as a writer but all I can say is welcome here in the forum.

Well, back to the OP's topic, I guess as of now when the market is in bearish trend no one spends their Bitcoin. Unless if it is a necessary thing but usually they keep Bitcoin sleep into the wallet and waiting a right time to spend.
But here in our country BTC convert to fiat and then spend fiat to buy stuff.

Most likely BTC but BC is maybe BitcoinCash.. I don't know  Cheesy

In the current market situation I try to avoid any spendings in BTC, just to think about it could be x10 in value a few years later.  Cheesy
Instead I try to collect as much as possible in BTC while price ist still low.

BTC can still be used for spending things later. And more stores will accept BTC.

when he say bc he means bitcoins   { BC - BitCoin }   .  bitcoincash is short for bch

anyways   ,btc is the real shortcut for bitcoin not bc  but if thats what he like then okay , no problem with that  .

I dont spend as their is no physical store to spend and purchasing from online is costly as delivery charges are high, so i just keep invested and when ever i am in financial problem i just convert it to fiat currency and use it.

I have little use of crypto as a payment option, but if there's no choice — it's not a big deal for me to buy smth for eth/btc. Already bought a couple of gadgets via ModulTrade, there're no problems with delivery and pricing policies.

I can't say I often use crypto when it comes to payment, but there were some cases. I bought some digital assets like VPN, hosting, smth like this. At the moment I don't need to buy physical goods through crypto, but who knows what I can afford then Smiley

Our local fast-food delivery service accepts Bitcoin and I'm really hooked to it. It's not exactly a healthy habit, but it's super convenient. The best thing is that they accept payments instantly if you add an appropriate fee.

Other than foods I spend my coins mostly on renewing my VPN subscription, gift cards, etc. The basic things we all tend to spend our coins on. It would be cooler to spend coins with rising prices, but that's something we can't do anything about.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

The fast-food chain now has started to accept as a payment system just like Mcdo and Jollibee, via QR code they can send payment using their Bitcoin. But for me, in this market situation, I would rather keep my Bitcoin than to expend unnecessary things just like having a bill in fast food which you can pay it with fiat.

I haven't really spent that many coins lately, just had a wonderful time donating money to a wide variety of people through Lightning, testing out some games, feeding chickens, etc. It has taken most of my time and I really enjoy utilizing Lightning. I wish there were more services and merchants on board, but that's just a matter of time. I'm so excited that my excitement gets too far ahead some times, lol.

What I do want to see is more local brick and mortar stores coming on board. I want to walk into stores settling my transactions in Bitcoin. Money should be used as money, and Bitcoin definitely is money.

Cryptocurrencies are not originally meant for purchases of commodities but are meant for investing online, trading on with them, Gambling onto something, or something similar to these.

Use of cryptocurrencies in buying/selling commodities is a plus point for cryptocurrencies and might act as a major source of promotion. Cryptocurrencies makes payments easier and with some minor changes can be set to use in even offline payments.
